What's Love Got to Do with It? - Queen of Manifestation

What’s Love Got to Do with It?

Have you ever looked at the tasks that you want to accomplish, and they seem so huge? Almost impossible.

It can feel overwhelming at times.

But if you have an idea that you want to pursue, there’s an innate desire pushing it through.

All right. I’m about to get spiritual up in here.

When I reflect on my life, I realize that all that I’ve ever gained has been because I’ve had the courage to take a leap and step into the unknown for a simple desire that I had.

I chose love over fear.

And I did it again and again.

When I find myself stuck, I need to go back to that place and identify the fear so that I can move through it.

We all get stuck sometimes. We’re so engrossed in the problems that are in front of us, like the bills we need to pay, that we forget we’re spiritual beings here on earth just having physical experiences.

It’s okay. I can forget too. So it’s good to be reminded of what keeps things moving.

The truth is – all manifestations come from the heart.

And the more you can get back to that place, the easier it will be to create the life you desire.

We live in an abundant universe. It’s a “YES” universe as I like to call it.

Basically whatever you ask for will be given to you. If you’re constantly saying to yourself, “I can’t afford that,” then the universe will say, “Yes,” and bring you more opportunities that you can’t afford.

But if you say to yourself, “I am open to receiving the unlimited gifts that the universe has to offer me,” – Guess what? More opportunities and gifts will start to show up.

It’s that simple.

So if you’re living in fear and nervous about a situation (like how you’re going to pay your bills this month because you don’t have enough money in your account), you will be attracting more bills to you so that you always have no money in your account.

Why?

Because that’s what you’re focusing on.

Instead, if you live in a place of gratitude, wonder, and love – you will begin to attract more of what you want to you.

The universe or ‘God’ is always saying yes.

It’s our ego, or fear, that says no.

Now is the time to come back to your spirit. From that trusting place of pure love is where the miracles occur.

One of my favorite spiritual teachers on pure LOVE is Amma. She’s affectionately known as the hugging saint.

Amma means mother in many languages and she lives an extraordinary life of service and selfless love. She’s given hugs to over 32 million people, many of whom waited hours in line to receive one.

I’ve personally been hugged by her numerous times.

Why do I go?

Watch this week’s Manifest Mondays episode to find out more about Amma’s teachings:

Amma’s non-profit organization, Embracing the World, is active in 40 countries, provides food, shelter, healthcare and education, and has donated large sums of money to disaster relief. She’s a living example of the power of love to change the world.

Amma says, “Where there is true love, anything is effortless.”

So how does love affect manifestation?

Well it all comes back to self-love. When you love yourself, you are aligned with your spirit. And when you’re aligned with your spirit, that’s where effortless manifestation occurs.

The Power of the Heart:

The heart and brain maintain a continuous two-way dialogue, each influencing the other’s functioning. According to the Institute of HeartMath, there is a flow of awareness, understanding and intuition that we experience when the mind and emotions are brought into alignment with the heart.

The more we pay attention when we sense the heart is saying to us, the greater ability we have to access this intelligence and guidance more frequently. Not only is this about listening to your intuition, but this is scientifically proven!

When we form heart-centered beliefs within our bodies, in the language of physics we’re creating the electrical and magnetic expression of them as waves of energy.  So clearly we’re “speaking” to the world around us in each moment of every day through a language that has no words:  the belief-waves of our hearts.

In addition to pumping the blood of life within our bodies, we may think of the heart as a belief-to-matter translator.  It converts the perceptions of our experiences, beliefs, and imagination into the coded language of waves that communicate with the world beyond our bodies.” – Gregg Braden

When you return to a state of self-appreciation, when you feel love for your life, for all of humanity and nature, and most importantly, for yourself, the more life force there will be behind your desires and the easier it will be to manifest.

Take a moment right now to listen to your heart.

Place your hands over your heart, close your eyes, and take a deep breath.

You are here in this moment. What are you grateful for right now?

You get to experience all of life’s joys in this body.

Feel the gratitude and peace. Feel the love flood your heart and expand throughout your body, eventually radiating out into the world around you. Focus your intention on the present.

Smile.

Ask for any guidance from your heart and listen for the answer. Go back to this place whenever you need to simply by placing a hand on your heart as a reminder.

We are all co-creating with the universe from a place of love.

Now I want to hear from you.

What do you love about yourself? Yes, I want you to gush. I give you full permission to share. The more self-love, the better! Share it in the comments below! We all can benefit from your experiences.

I love ending my day by thinking or writing about all the things I’m grateful for. Being in the space of love before I go to bed helps me rise in the morning with a positive and loving attitude. That translates into a positive and productive day.

Also, whenever I feel overwhelmed or frustrated and think back the the reasons why I started on my path…. because I love children and I want them to have a healthy and happy life…. I feel more grounded and the solutions to my problems just present themselves.

It is truly amazing what can happen when your thoughts, decisions and actions come from a place of love.

Sending you much Love, Jen!

Hugs,
Robin

I love that I practice this as often as I can. I love to breathe in, find some peace and compassion for those around me, and then move forward from there. I love that I can use this technique to make what some find an impossibly stressful job to be a job of fullfillment for me.
