How She Manifested a Cookbook & Celebrity Clients

I had the privilege of interviewing my dear friend and chef Amy Chaplin in her gorgeous home in NYC.

Amy is one of those beautiful spirits, who you instantly fall in love with once you meet. She’s down-to-earth, sincere, and makes amazing food.

And she happens to be a well-known vegetarian chef who’s graced the kitchens of private clients like Natalie Portman and Liv Tyler, and New York’s beloved Angelica Kitchen, where she used to serve as executive chef.

Amy recently came out with her cookbook, At Home in the Whole Food Kitchen: Celebrating the Art of Eating Well.

We sat down to talk about how she branched out on her own, manifested the cookbook, and how YOU can get started living out your creative dreams.

Watch this week’s Manifest Monday’s episode to learn how to manifest a book, and how to make a career out of doing what you love:

You can find out more about Amy’s cookbook & purchase At Home in the Whole Food Kitchen, right here.

And definitely follow Amy’s blog, where she shares free recipes and fun resources.

Remember: Pay attention to those moments that feel like play – and do more of those things!

So, what is it that feels like play to you?

Where do you feel most alive with possibility?

I would love to hear from you! Share in the comments below what makes you come alive with playfulness & possibility. Then share what one thing you’ll commit to doing more of this year to feel more like that.

We can all benefit from reading each other’s commitments. And who knows? Maybe someone will show up to support you in ways you didn’t imagine.
