How to Release Anxiety while Manifesting

Today is the Jewish holiday Passover, which I’ve celebrated with my family for as long as I can remember. I find it significant because it happens to also fall on the Lunar Eclipse and Full Moon in Libra.

No matter what your religion, there’s some great meaning that you can take from these events.

Right now is a time of major reflection on what is working in your life and what isn’t. It’s an opportunity to let go of the things that are no longer serving you so that you can move into what does!

Personal Freedom

 
Passover in its essence is truly about freedom and liberation from slavery. It’s a time to recognize oppression in the world. It’s a time of renewal and rebirth – and it marks the beginning of spring.

While it’s noble to think of the world at large, this can also be a great time for personal reflection.

Think of it as your opportunity to reflect on personal liberation!

What do you want to be liberated from?

 
It can be in a relationship, a situation, or an internal dialogue.

Maybe it’s a feeling.

The big one that came up for me is anxiety.

Even as the Queen of Manifestation, I deal with anxiety from time to time.

If you’re a master manifester, it’s not that these things go away. It’s more that you then know how to navigate them when they do show up.

I’ve been working with a client earlier this week who said that she was doing the work for manifesting, but that she was anxious about her goal happening. She asked me how she could help calm her anxiety. And I thought – what a perfect question to make a Manifest Mondays video for! So here it is.

So are you willing to let go of the anxiety that’s there in order to allow for more ease and faith?

Where can you find greater trust in your life?

These are the questions you can ask yourself on this full moon eclipse.

Remember, when manifesting you want to focus on the desired result and truly have the feeling as if it’s already happened.

Here’s a simple process for releasing anxiety & manifesting:

 
1. First visualize the end result – and get into that feeling space of achieving it.

2. Then you can say things to yourself like, ‘It’s done.’ or ‘And so it is.’

3. Release it to the universe. Since you already ‘know’ it’s done, there’s no need to dwell on it.

4. Simply keep taking the action steps necessary to bring it about while having the trust that it’s already there.

If the desire is within you, it’s pure potential. All you need to do is continue with the process and allow it to simply unfold.

Trust that your desire or something better will show up.

There’s a difference between efforting and allowing.
