How to use Sacred Grounding Objects – Queen of Manifestation

How to use Sacred Grounding Objects

It’s springtime – and we’re coming off of the major holiday weekend. It’s a holy time for many people. So today I wanted to share with you a way to bring that holiness into your daily life in order to help you manifest.

Watch my short video below to find out what the one thing is that I always carry with me.

It’s small so you might not have noticed it before.

It’s my sacred grounding object.

I share with you mine – and give you ways to choose your own object for you to attach meaning to for your big dream.

You’ll also learn how you can use this for support when manifesting.

Choosing your sacred object:

Sacred = holy. And anything can be made holy if you assign it meaning.

I just learned while preparing for my mother-in-law’s burial in Nigeria that they assign meaning to the clothes everyone wears to the ceremony. The loved ones choose a specific fabric that everyone makes their own outfits out of and wears to the ceremony to honor the person who passed. Then every time after that when you choose to wear that outfit, you remember the deceased. I think it’s such a beautiful ritual!

Historically, many objects were deemed sacred – and still are around the world. In India, for example, cows are sacred. There are certain plants that are sacred, rivers, goddesses, etc.

The fun thing about this activity is that the choice is yours!

You’re basically just infusing an object with intention. You give it significance. That’s how you can make an object sacred.

Pick an object that serves as a reminder of your big dream and carry it with you.

This could be anything from a small stone, a pendant from a necklace, a shell… Something that has meaning to you, and is small enough to put in your pocket, your purse, your wallet, or to wear around your neck or wrist, etc.

Whatever makes you feel connected to the special energies you want to honor and attract is the best way to choose your sacred object. It can be simple or elaborate.

The key is to make the connection between your object and the energy you wish to create.

How to Use Sacred Grounding Objects:

If you want, you can create a ritual around setting your intention. But you don’t have to if this doesn’t speak to you.

Some ideas for a ritual are to light a candle, burn some incense, meditate while holding it, call in the support of your guides, angels, the four elements, etc. Then you could read aloud your affirmations, or write in your journal.

Or simply choose the object, and wear it on you.

Remember, all objects have energy that they were born with, but YOU put your own energy into it. Respect and honor your sacred grounding object.

Use it for comfort and support!

Treasure it with love.

Then whenever youโ€™re feeling doubtful, you can hold this object and feel good inside, feel supported, and trust that all is unfolding as it should and you are manifesting right now.

The universe has your back!

I completely agree that we can infuse objects with that sacred energy! I have a couple of gemstones that I have picked up to signify different periods in my growing business, and I’m sensing it’s time to pick up another one for my growth to the next level!

I love my mala necklaces.

I have three different ones (one white with moon stones, one dark with amethysts and black ‘extras’, and one wooden that I bought jus a couple of weeks ago in Bangkok), and I notice that they bring out really different qualities/flavors in me…

As of today they are my sacred grounding objects ๐Ÿ™‚

Thanks for a great video, Jen. You shine!
