Boost Your Confidence with these 5 Easy Steps – Queen of Manifestation

Boost Your Confidence with these 5 Easy Steps

Picture this. You’re taking action – you’re on fire. You’re making major progress on your big vision.

You go on facebook to share some big news… only to see someone else you know doing something WAY more exciting.

Wow, you think. Your stuff just doesn’t compare. Then you get caught up looking through all of their photos, and the bazillions of responses to their posts.

You close up. You feel a knot in your stomach and decide not to share what’s going on with you.

Have you ever felt like you’re just not good enough to make your big dream happen?

To manifest your desires, it has to come from a place of feeling good about yourself.

You’ve got to have faith in your vision and trust that it’s happening. Or else.. you guessed it – it won’t!

If you don’t believe it, no one else will.

So how do you get back to that place of feeling like anything is possible when you’re stuck in a rut?

No matter how successful you are, we all have moments when we don’t feel good enough, when we loose our confidence.

It’s normal! You just don’t want to stay in that place.

In this week’s video I share with you these 5 easy steps to boost your confidence so that you can manifest with greater ease:

So there you have it! You have 5 great ways to get back into the confident you who is manifesting like crazy!

I can’t wait to hear how you use some of these tools.

Remember to love yourself first.

(tweet this.)

Now I want to hear from you.

How have you boosted your confidence when you’re feeling down?  Do you have a tip that I didn’t include in the video? And if you use one of the steps I talked about, I invite you to come back to this page to report how it goes! We all can benefit from your experiences.

xoxo, Jen

I LOVED these suggestions. If I loved myself I would do….. great for a journal!
Watching what we say to ourselves is KEY. I had a conversation with my daughter months ago about my belly. She asked if I wish I could loose my belly (we had over heard a conversation at the pool). I told her that my belly protected my three most important people, that I LOVED my belly. So words that we use are HUGE.
When I feel gross and need to boost my self confidence, I walk in nature and I’m just still. Soon my monkey brain fades, leaving behind a sense of connectedness.

Writing things I love about myself is really powerful. I’ve done that quite a bit. Saying those things to myself in the mirror takes it up a huge notch. I’ve also created videos with stuff that’s awesome about me and then I watch it regularly or write affirmations and read them daily. I’ve also done a lot of work on negative self talk. Oh . . . and social media fasts are AWESOME . . . great for getting your time management on track, too.

Thanks for this Jen. I think the P.P.P tip is really useful! I all too often forget the times in my life when things were working or I had manifested some amazing circumstances – such as the other day I caught myself saying, ‘story of my life’ in response to talking about having to live in shared houses just to manage the rent easier, and then realised that actually, I had lived for 2 years in my ideal flat in Prague, so no, it’s not the ‘story of my life’ that I don’t get to live on my own. I have also manifested great things over the course of the last year, perhaps more so than in the past, so I can see that I’ve got a great basis to build on now! I love remembering the things I’ve achieved and realising just how much I have, in fact, done! Thank you for this reminder!
