No matter what a great planner you are, how well you write out your intentions, and how much action you take towards your dreams, there’s thing that’s sure to happen in your life… at least once.

And that’s Disappointment.

You could have gone for a great job interview only to find out they gave the position to someone else.

Or you were in what you thought was a really great relationship, and then your partner totally let you down.

Maybe you had a client drop the ball on a payment.

Or your kids didn’t do what you expected of them.

You’re disappointed.
And it’s okay.

Why would they do that?

Because if you never stretch outside of your comfort zone, you won’t experience anything new. You’ll stay stagnant.

And stretching yourself means you’re bound to get a few rejections, or to be disappointed in an outcome.

It’s simply part of the equation.

But if you reframe it in the right way, those disappointments can lead you to new heights.

Let’s face it, not everything may go according to how you envisioned it.

I love your “can-do” attitude Jen. I woke up this morning a little unsure of why I’m doing this course and I doubting that I could commit. So I did 45mins of yoga and that lifted me up to then jump on the laptop and see your video, which in turn has inspired me to keep going and also feel much “lighter” in myself.
You’re so right with the comment “do something you love”!! It really is a winner!!
