What I Do Each Morning to Manifest - Queen of Manifestation

What I Do Each Morning to Manifest

MorningRituals_ManifestMondays

What does your typical morning look like?

Do you hear the alarm go off, press the snooze button and sleep for an extra 5 minutes before rolling out of bed?

Do you check your phone first thing, or make a cup off coffee?

Or maybe you wake up early and find some time to meditate… I’m super curious!

I stayed over at my sister’s house recently and was reminded about how seriously she takes her morning rituals. She’s big on ‘The Artist’s Way’ morning pages – where you journal first thing in the morning. She even wrote a ‘Morning Rituals Playbook’ about it!

So many people have been asking me lately what practices I do everyday to help me manifest.

And in fact, there is an ideal way I like to start off my day!

So get ready to hear about my daily morning practices for manifesting.

What I’m about to share is especially helpful if you’re on a time crunch like me, as a busy mom.

Manifesting doesn’t have to be difficult.

There’s a lot you can do in the mornings to start your day off in a high vibrational place. These daily rituals can be incorporated into your routine so that manifesting just becomes second nature.

Watch this week’s Manifest Monday’s video to find out if we share any of the same morning routines, or if there’s something I do that you want to add into yours!

As I shared in the video, it’s not about doing every single thing.

It IS about feeling good about whatever you’re doing to treat yourself well and nourish your dreams – just as you would feed your body.

Think of it this way as you start your day:

Before you digest what’s on your plate, you’ve got to set the table!

(Tweet that.)

Share in the comments below what what morning routine you have – and how you might start incorporating some of these practices in it. Do you do something I don’t mention in the video?

Your comments will inspire everyone else to take action on their dreams.
I can’t wait to read what you write!

Sending you so much LOVE!

Wow! Well, I have not thought about a ‘movie’ in the morning, but I’m going to try this! I set my self up energetically for whatever happens in my day and within my mind and emotions, to be filled with harmony, and then I invite in love and joy, the release of anything that I may no longer need that might have settled in with me during sleep, and then I greet the day with my dog. I’m a writer, so if I recall any dreams or creative thoughts fresh after waking up, I will record those.

Hello Jen,
This is the first time I’ve heard of a vision movie and I love it. As for a morning ritual, I love to sit for 10 minutes and play my guitar first thing; enjoying the feeling of being creative in the moment, and just letting my mind ponder the day ahead, having the absolute feeling of everything working out for me. I agree that manifesting does not have to be difficult, and I feel that being positive about how you imagine your day will turn out leads to good things happening.
Regards,
Frank

Hi Jen! I am a mother to a 1.5 year old and when I manage to wake up before him I like to have a glass of warm water with lemon, do my Morning Pages and do the Five Tibetan Rites. When I give myself this time I feel sooo good and energized and my day goes so much better.

Ooooh, love the warm water with lemon in the morning! This time is so important when it comes to leading an intentional and energized life. I’m so glad that you have been carving some time out for yourself first thing 🙂

Hi, Jen! I am so happy and thankful that I saw this! I’m perfecting my own ritual as well. I do as Esther Hicks says (Abraham) and feel appreciation for my world, and my body. I feel good thinking of all the good I already do have, and I think how happy I am on the way to all the res.t. No real pressure to feel more than that.

I also love writing it at some point in the morning. This keeps me focused longer. I love your words and appreciate them often.
